My name is Annika Stendebach, I am a history student at the University of Mainz, Germany.

Since I was a little girl I have always had an interest in history, some of my earliest childhood memories include asking my grandparents about their past and looking through their old photo albums. I was lucky enough to turn my hobby into my profession, and this blog is my chance at sharing the stuff that I come across with whoever wishes to read it.
